The Center’s mission is to support aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners with the complex procedures required for starting up, such as preparing articles of incorporation, certifying documents, and submitting registration applications.
First, a certified Judicial Scrivener—an expert in legal procedures—will listen carefully to your business plan and concerns, and help clarify the steps necessary for establishment. When needed, we will smoothly refer you to other professional specialists such as Administrative Scriveners, Tax Accountants, or Social Insurance and Labor Consultants, so you can consult with confidence.
We are committed to fully supporting everyone taking a new step in Kumamoto.
